NOTICE OF INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE TRUST ASSETS
TO: All Persons Interested in Said Trust
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED, that on the 29th day of May, 2009, Joan K. Davis (the Decedent), a former resident of Park County, Wyoming, died in Cody, Wyoming. The Decedent established a Testamentary Trust under her Last Will and Testament dated June 18, 1992. The primary beneficiary has passed away and distribution of the rest, residue and remainder may occur.
Notice is further given that, the current Trustee of the Trust, Mary Helen Reed, of Cody, Wyoming, intends to have the property of the Trust distributed as permitted under the terms of the Trust.
Notice is further given that creditors having claims against the Decedent, or the Trust, are required to file a claim against the assets of the Trust, in writing to the current Trustee at the office of McCarty, Reed and Earhart, Attorneys at Law, L.C., P. O. Box 1418, Cody, Wyoming 82414, or shall commence a judicial proceeding to contest the validity of the Trust, on or before one hundred twenty (120) days from the first date of publication of this notice. A creditor failing to file a claim or to commence a judicial proceeding to contest the validity of the Trust within the time provided above is forever prohibited from making any claim against the assets of the Trust or commencing any judicial proceeding against the Decedent or the assets of the Trust pursuant to W. S. §4-10-507(b).
