CRAMER MINOR SUBDIVISION (MS-44) SKETCH PLAN
On Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at 9:05 a.m. the Park County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing to review the Sketch Plan of Cramer Minor Subdivision (MS-44) (Applicant: William Cramer). The proposed subdivision is comprised of five lots; one 21.67-acre lot, one 17.30-acre lot and three 10-acre lots, each designated for residential use. The proposed subdivision is located approximately two miles north of Powell on State Highway 295 on a 68.94-acre parcel owned by Joann Cramer, described as the W/2NW/4 of Lot 38 T56N, R99W of the 6th P.M., Park County, Wyoming, in a General Rural Powell (GR-P) zoning district.
The hearing will be held in the Commissioners Meeting Room #105 in the Original Courthouse, 1002 Sheridan Ave. Cody, WY. Should public access to the building be prohibited due to COVID-19 response, instructions on how to participate in the meeting virtually will be provided at www.parkcounty.us at least 24 hours prior to the hearing date.
