Dickinson State University pole vaulter Lexee Craig of Powell has qualified for the NAIA Outdoor Track and Field National Championships.
At Thursday’s Last Chance Meet in Dickinson, North Dakota, Craig cleared a height of 11 feet, 11.75 inches to qualify for the championships. It was also a personal record for Craig, who graduated from Powell High School in 2016.
This week, Craig will head to the North Star Athletic Association Conference meet in Forest City, Iowa, followed by the 2021 national championships May 26-28 in Gulf Shores, Alabama.
