Regular Meeting
Tuesday, August 13, 2019
Chairman Fulkerson called to order a regular meeting of the Board of County Commissioners of Park County, Wyoming, on Tuesday, August 13, 2019. Present were Commissioners Lee Livingston, Dossie Overfield, Lloyd Thiel, and Clerk Colleen Renner. Vice Chairman, Joe Tilden was absent.
Leo Wolfson led the audience in the Pledge of Allegiance.
First Deputy Park County Clerk, Hans Odde - RE: Approve 24-Hour Catering Permit, Irma Hotel for the Lions Club Steak Fry
Mr. Odde presented to the Board a catering permit application for the Irma Hotel to cater the Lions Club Steak Fry which will be held this Saturday, August 17 at Shreve Lodge, Buffalo Bill Reservoir. Commissioner Livingston made a motion to approve and allow the chair to sign, Commission Overfield seconded, and motion carried.
Park County Project Manager, Ben McDonald - RE: Approve and Chairman Sign Resolution for WYDOT-Congestion Mitigation, Air Quality (CMAQ) Funding FYY 2020
Mr. McDonald gave an update on what areas were completed with this funding in the past and is requesting a resolution be approved so Park County may be considered in next year’s funding. The county match if granted these dollars will be $26,000. Commissioner Overfield made a motion to approve the resolution and allow the chair to sign, Commissioner Thiel seconded, and motion carried.
