NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
COPPER MOUNTAIN IRRIGATION SUP-197 WITH SITE PLAN REVIEW
At their regular meeting on Tuesday, August 18, 2020 at 6:00pm, the Park County Planning & Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider the Special Use Permit Application with Site Plan Review for Copper Mountain Irrigation SUP-197 (Applicant: Dale Warkentin). The project proposes an Agricultural Support Use to establish an irrigation supply business. The proposed use will be located on an unaddressed 7.05-acre parcel west of Powell, immediately northeast of the intersection of Highway 14A and County Road 11, within the SW1/4SW1/4 of Lot 64, Resurvey T55N, R99W of the 6th P.M., Park County, Wyoming in a General Rural-Powell (GR-P) zoning district.
The hearing will be held in the Alternate Emergency Operating Center (EOC Room) located in the basement of the Courthouse Addition, 1002 Sheridan Ave., Cody, WY. Should public access to the building be prohibited due to COVID-19 response, instructions on how to participate in the meeting virtually will be provided at www.parkcounty.us at least 24 hours prior to the hearing date. In the event that multiple hearings are on the agenda, applications will be heard in the order in which they were received and considered complete.
