Who are you kidding? We’re supposed to be comforted that Northwest College Interim President Lisa Watson is making only $194,000 and out-going Stefani Hicswa was making $199,000 with a $22,000 housing allowance and a vehicle to drive? That’s outrageous when jobs are being cut at NWC, which, by the way, is a life blood to this community! AND those whose “butts are in the seats” make somewhere around $30,000!!!
In these tough budget times, it seems irrelevant that she was the lowest paid community college president in the state? Shame on you NWC College Board of Trustees! It is apparent that if colleges in Wyoming are going to survive, we need to reconsider the high price of administrators.
