A resident of Boise, Idaho, is currently in the Park County Detention Center after being arrested in early April following charges of alleged strangulation of a household member and domestic battery.
Frank Cayer Wilson pleaded not guilty to the April 6 charges during his arraignment on Thursday.
Cody police arrived at the scene following a 911 hang-up by the victim, who was not identified. Wilson has previous domestic violence convictions and is currently being held on a $150,000 cash bond.
The trial is set to take place within six months from the date of his arraignment.
