Dear Editor:
In response to Commissioner Jake Fulkerson’s statement in the June 30 paper: Park County’s quality of life need not depend on government funding.
If there is a community service or charity that is important to you, and you are financially able, write them a check; volunteer if you’re tired of staying home. Together we can make up any shortfall in the commissioners’ budget. I am proud of the way this county has always cowboyed up to meet its needs.
Wyoming, step up. I’m writing my check right now.
