NOTICE OF APPLICATION
Charles Tucker, claiming distributee of Clifford Leroy Case, deceased, has filed with the District Court of Park County, Wyoming, Probate No. 10287, an application for a decree setting over to him the following described real property:
Lots 56-M-12, 56-M-13, and 56-M-14, JOHNSON SUBDIVISION NO. 1, according to the plat recorded in Book “C” of plats, page 22, records of Park County, State of Wyoming.
Upon the 25th day of February, 2022 at 8:30 o’clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard at the Courtroom of the District Court in Park County in Cody, Wyoming, the Court will consider the application and may enter a decree establishing the right and title to the property.
