NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BLUE SAGE MINOR SUBDIVISION (MS-54)
SKETCH PLAN
At their regular meeting on Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at 1:00pm, the Park County Planning & Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider the application and Sketch Plan for the Blue Sage Minor Subdivision (MS-54) (Applicants: Jon & Gael Carter). The proposed subdivision is comprised of three residential lots; one 6.5-acre lot, one 6.26-acre lot and one 5.56-acre lot out of an approximately 107-acre lot. The proposed subdivision is located in the SE1/4SW1/4 of Section 9, T55N, R101W of the 6th P.M., Park County, Wyoming, immediately west of the intersection of Lane 9 and Road 22½, in a General Rural Powell (GR-P) zoning district.
The hearing will be held in the Alternate Emergency Operating Center (EOC Room) located in the basement of the Courthouse Addition, 1002 Sheridan Ave., Cody, WY. In the event that multiple hearings are on the agenda, complete applications will be heard in the order in which they were received.
