Groathouse Construction, Inc., State of Wyoming State Construction Department, CMD, and NWC Board of Trustees request qualified subcontractor and supplier bids for work on the New Student Center at NWC Powell, Wyoming. Emailed bids will be accepted at bids@groathouse.com until 1:00 p.m. on October 11, 2022. Hand delivered bids will be accepted at NWC Physical Plant Conference Room, 839 Road 9 1/2, Powell, WY 82435 until 2:00 p.m. on October 11, 2022. Five percent preference is hereby given to subcontractors, supplies, equipment, machinery, and provisions produced, manufactured, supplied or grown in Wyoming; quality being equal to articles offered by competitors outside the State as provided in W.S. 16-6-101 through 16-6-107. Proposals must anticipate compliance with the Wyoming Prevailing Wage Act of 1967 (W.S. Section 27-4-401, et seq.) and the prevailing wage rates set forth in the Contract Documents. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at the Dewitt Student Union, W 7th Street, Powell, WY, Trapper Room at 10:00 am, September 20, 2022. It is mandatory for BP23B – Building Demolition.

All prospective subcontractors must receive notice from Groathouse Construction, Inc. that they are Qualified to bid. Qualification forms and Contract Documents will be available from Groathouse Construction, Inc. after September 5, 2022.
