NOTICE OF APPLICATION
Casey Brazelton, one of the claiming distributees of Gloria Jean Brazelton, deceased, has filed with the District Court of Park County, Wyoming, Probate No. 2025-CV-0031602, an application for a decree setting over to Casey Brazelton and Jayme Brazelton, distributees, the following described real property:
Lot 3, Willson Subdivision, located in Farm Unit “N”, Lot 57, Township 55 North, Range 99 West of the 6th P.M., according to the plat recorded in Book “E” of Plats at Page 166, records of Park County, State of Wyoming.
If no objections are filed with the Court on or before thirty (30) days from the date of first publication of this notice, upon the 21st day of February, 2025, at 8:30 o’clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard at the Courtroom of the District Court in Park County in Cody, Wyoming, the Court will consider the application and may enter a decree establishing the right and title to the property.
