NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY DISTRIBUTION OF REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY
Notice is given that on June 30, 2021, Sally L. Bennet, beneficiary pursuant to Wyoming Laws of Intestate Succession, respectively, filed with the Clerk of the above Court her Applications for Summary Distribution of Real and Personal Property pursuant to W.S. 2-1-205, the prayer of which is that the District Court enter a Decree of Distribution for decedent’s personal property and the interest in the real estate located in Park County, Wyoming, more specifically found in:
T.55N., R.98W., 6th P.M., Park County, Wyoming
A parcel of land in SW1/4NW1/4 Section 3, according to the Original Government Survey, now being in Lot 56, according to the Government Resurvey; the parcel being more particularly described as follows:
That tract of land which lies north of Bitter Creek; west of the right of way of State Highway No. 14, from Garland to Byron, which highway is also known as Park County Road No. 125, and south of the right of way of the C.B.&Q. Railroad through SW1/4NW1/4 of Section 3 (as transcribed from MF Book 214 on page 557); now being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the south line of SW1/4NW1/4 from which point Corner No. 4 of Lot 56 bears S.89º59’46”W. a distance of 234.8 feet; the point of beginning also being the centerline of Bitter Creek; thence N.89º59’46”E. along the south line of SW1/4NW1/4 for 1005.7 feet, more or less, to the westerly right of way of U.S. Highway No. 14A; thence N.35º02’W. along the right of way for 60.8 feet to the PC of a curve to the right having a radius of 1004.91 feet for an arc length of 369.3 feet, more or less, to the southerly right of way line of the C.B.&Q. Railroad; thence S.67º40’W. along the railroad right of way for 925.4 feet to the centerline of Bitter Creek; thence S.48º55’E. along the centerline of Bitter Creek for 49.5 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
Any person or person disputing the application are required to file their dispute in the office of the Clerk of said Court on or before 30 days after the date of the first publication of this Notice, and if such claims are not so filed, they will be forever barred.
