NOTICE OF HEARING OF APPEAL
At 1:15 p.m. on Tuesday, July 20, 2021, the Board of County Commissioners of Park County, Wyoming will hear an Appeal of the Park County Planning & Zoning Director’s decision as per the Park County 2015 Development Standards and Regulations, adopted September 15, 2015, regarding the unpermitted use (major wholesale business) and unpermitted structures on the property located at 127 Highway 14-A, Powell, Wyoming. The legal description of the property is:
T.55N., R. 98W., 6th P.M., Park County Wyoming. That part of Farm Unit “F” of Lot 42 being described as follows: That portion of Lot 42-D and Lot 42-E of Lot 42 lying northeasterly of that parcel of land conveyed to the State Highway Commission of Wyoming (U.S. Highway 14-A) by Warranty Deed recorded on March 12, 1984 in MF Book 96, Page 507.
The hearing on this matter will be held in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room, Original Park County Courthouse, 1002 Sheridan Avenue, Cody, Wyoming. Any person may appear at the hearing and offer either written or oral testimony. The appeal and subsequent hearing is pursuant to Chapter I, Section 6 of the Park County 2015 Development Standards and Regulations, adopted September 15, 2015.
