NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
AMENDED PLAT OF BLUE SAGE MS-54 (Lot 3)
At their regular meeting on Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at 9:35am, the Park County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing to consider the Amended Plat of Blue Sage MS-54, Lot 3 (Applicants: Jon and Gael Carter, owner: Ada Duffey). The proposed amended plat shall vacate and reconfigure original Lot 3, merging it with 12.59 acres of an adjoining un-platted parcel to the south, which is owned by Jon and Gael Carter. The resulting 18.15-acre amended lot will be designated as Lot 3A of the Amended Plat of Blue Sage MS-54. The subdivision is located in the SE1/4SW1/4 of Section 9, T55N, R101W, of the 6th P.M., Park County, Wyoming, immediately west of the intersection of Lane 9 and Road 22½, in a General Rural Powell (GR-P) zoning district.
