ONTHEROAD to Yellowstone - Distributed May 24 thru August 31, 2025

Distribution of our annual summer visitor guide begins on or before May 24 to locations in Wyoming, Montana, Idaho and the Dakotas. An initial delivery to locations on the distribution list is to be completed by June 15.

Two additional re-stocking periods are scheduled to follow the initial distribution to each location during the summer tourism season. The second trip is typically scheduled for July 1 thru July 15.

The final restocking period is August 15 thru August 31.

1. Services

Distributor agrees to diligently carry out certain services for the Tribune, including but not limited to:

1. Distribute or arrange distribution of up to 18,500 summer tourism guides to agreed upon locations in Wyo-ming and neighboring states during busy summer tourism season.

2. Perform initial delivery to each location during the month of May 2025, provided that the material printingschedule allows adequate time for such.

3. Perform necessary restocking deliveries up to the date of August 31, 2025.

4. Maintain reasonable communication with the Tribune by responding promptly to emails and phone calls and by reaching out promptly if problems with the route arise.

5. Prepare and send by email a regular progress report which includes locations,

dates, and numbers of copies distributed, along with the cumulative total of all completed deliveries. 

Progress reports will be sent once per month, according to the following schedule: 

• Initial distribution May 24 to June 15

• Second distribution July 1 to July 15

• Final distribution by August 31, 2025

2. Compensation: $3,500

(a) In exchange for the full, prompt, and satisfactory performance of all Services to be rendered to the Tribune (as determined by the Tribune), Tribune shall provide Distributor, as full and complete compensation the sum of $3,500 to be paid in two equal installments, one before the initial deliveries and the second no later than September 1, 2025.

(b) Distributor is not entitled to receive any other compensation or any benefits from Tribune. Except as oth- erwise required by law, Tribune shall not withhold any sums or payments made to Distributor for social security or other federal, state, or local tax liabilities or contributions, and all withholdings, liabilities, and contributions shall be solely Distributor’s responsibility. Distributor further understands and agrees that the Services are not covered under the unemployment compensation laws and are not intended to be covered by workers’ compensation laws.

The Big Horn Basin Guide to Dining & Entertainment - June 15 thru August 31, 2025

Distribution of our annual dining and entertainment guide begins on or before June 15 to locations around Wyoming’s Big Horn Basin and is to be completed by June 20.

One or more re-stocking periods are scheduled to follow the initial distribution with a completion date of August 31, 2025.

1. Services

Distributor agrees to diligently carry out certain services for the Tribune, including but not limited to:

1. Distribute or arrange distribution of up to 14,500 Dining & Entertainment Guide to agreed upon locations in Wyoming during busy summer season.

2. Perform initial delivery to each location during the first week of June, provided that the material printing schedule allows adequate time for such.

3. Perform necessary restocking deliveries up to the date of August 31, 2025.

4. Maintain reasonable communication with the Tribune by responding promptly to emails and phone calls and by reaching out promptly if problems with the route arise.
