NOTICE OF APPLICATION
Geraldine Bulkeley, Jeip Peter deHaan, Henny H. Newton, and Rudolf deHaan, as claiming distributees of Mary Alice deHaan, deceased, have filed with the District Court of Park County, at Cody, Wyoming, Probate No. 9914, an application for a Decree setting over to them the following described real property:
The South one-half of Lot 6 and all of Lot 7 in Dicks Subdivision of Block 76 of the Original Townsite of Powell, Park County, Wyoming.
Upon the 15th day of April, 2019, at 8:30 o’clock A.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard at the Courtroom of the District Court in the Park County Courthouse in Cody, Wyoming, the Court will consider the application and may enter a decree establishing the right and title to the property.
