CITY OF POWELL ORDINANCE NO. 5, 2019
An Ordinance Amending Section 5.52.030 of the Powell City Code Pertaining to Fees for Banner Display Permits and Increasing the Fee Charge Therefore
The foregoing ordinance, adopted and approved the 1st day of April , 2019 is determined and deemed to be in the public interest to amend sections 5.52.030 by increasing the fee for banner display permit to $50 per week.
