Two Cowboys named with NABC honors

KANSAS CITY — Two members of the 2013-14 University of Wyoming basketball team, Jack Bentz and Aaron Tyser, have been named to the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) Honors Court for their work in the classroom during last season.

Bentz completed his third year in the Cowboy program last season with a 3.31 cumulative grade-point average in marketing, while Tyser finished his second with a 3.81 GPA in elementary education.

To qualify for the Honors Court, student-athletes must be academically a junior or senior, own a cumulative GPA of 3.20 or higher and have matriculated at least one year at their current institution.
