Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 10 a.m. at the Powell Church of Christ for Donald Irvin McCullough, 68, who died Monday, Sept. 24 at the Powell Hospital.

Glen Loomis will officiate at the services. Burial will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery.

He was born Jan. 12, 1933, to early-day Powell homesteaders George Winfred McCullough and Helen Virginia (Long) McCullough. He received his education in the Powell schools.

He served one tour of duty in the U.S. Army, serving in Germany.

He spent many years working in the oil industry. He worked in many locations in the United States, as well as in Kuwait, Nigeria and Egypt.

Survivors include three brothers, Meldon, Kenton and Gary, all of Powell; a sister, Virginia Loomis and husband Glen of West Yellowstone, Mont.; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Friday from 9:30 to 10 a.m. at the church. Miratsky-Easton Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
