Muriel Viola Neisess, 89, died Wednesday morning, Feb. 21 at the Powell Nursing Home.
She was born July 13, 1911, to Steven and Katie (Dedrich) Rumsey in South Dakota.
She was preceded in death by her husband Walter Neisess and six siblings.
Survivors include her daughter, Lola Mae McRann and husband William, formerly of Powell and now residing in Sunlight Basin in the summers and Mesa, Ariz., during the winter months; grandchildren Mike McRann and wife Lynnie of Lander and Sheree Vredenburg and husband Matt of Riverton; great-grandchildren Collin, Chad, Colton and Kaitlyn McRann of Lander and Ryan and Kira Vredenburg of Riverton.
According to her wishes, cremation has taken place, with burial of cremains in Campbell, Minn., next to her husband.
