Jacqueline A. Tolman, a longtime resident of Clark, and a loving wife and mother, died Tuesday morning, May 30, 2017.

Jacqueline was born on Feb. 13, 1931, to Lewis “Jack” Allemand and Helen B. Allemand (formerly Helen Bennett), and was raised on the family ranch north of Douglas. There she acquired her love for horses. She graduated from NCHS, in Casper, and continued her education in Denton, Texas.

Upon her return to Wyoming, Jacqueline worked for Western Airlines. She married Richard Robert Hildebrand on Jan. 1, 1957. Together they had two boys and a girl, who were raised on the family farm on the Platte River, west of Douglas. They lived there until Richard’s death on Sept. 11, 1969, at which time she and the kids moved to Clark.

On Aug. 16, 1973, Jacqueline married Dr. Donald G. Tolman of Clark. For a short time they lived in Wisdom, Montana, where Don was working. They purchased a farm in Dillon, Montana, to be nearer to school and raise their rowdy kids. Finally, they were able to return to the family ranch in Clark.

Jacqueline is preceded in death by her husband Richard Hildebrand; daughters, Sharon Lynch, and Michauna Tolman; sons Dennis Hildebrand, Rocky Tolman and Randy Tolman; also grandson Richard Hildebrand.

Jacqueline is survived by her husband Donald Tolman of Clark; two brothers Raymond Allemand of Casper, and Donald Allemand of Union, Oregon; her son Roger Hildebrand (Janet) of Casper; daughters Robin Marvin (Wil) of Comanche, Texas, and Michelle Tucker of Powell; grandchildren Stephanie Duran, Melissa Sutton, Kelly Fuoss, Ricky Phillips, Blaine Tucker, Tyrel Tucker, Shannon Tolman, Honie Olson, Levi Tolman, Michauna Balkovic, and Danielle Fournier; and 25 great-grandchildren.
