Unice Mae Dodds, formerly of Roundup, Montana, died April 22, 2017, in Powell. She was 92.
Unice was born in Roundup on Dec. 6, 1924, to Verni G. Gossman and Martha B. Harms.
She graduated from high school in Roundup.
She married James Dodds on June 8, 1946, in Lewistown, Montana, and the couple made their home in Roundup. She later moved to Powell.
Unice loved to bake and care for loved ones. She also loved to garden, especially roses. Unice attended the Methodist church.
She was witty, loving and caring, and will be missed by all who loved her.
She was preceded in death by her father, mother, two sisters, one brother, husband and daughter.
Unice is survived by her son William J. Dodds of Billings; grandchildren James “Jim” T. Dodds (Marianne) of Powell and William T. “Travis” Dodds of Billings; great-grandchildren Jessica, Tanner, Taylor, Keiran, Kolter, Kaid, Jon, Haley and Sara; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 20, at Roundup City Cemetery in Roundup, Montana.
Thompson Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements. Memorials may be sent to the charity of your choice.
