Glen Richard Arends, 83, died Monday, Feb. 8, 2016, at St. Vincent Healthcare in Billings.
He was born May 11, 1932, in Seneca, Nebraska, to Rosie (Messman) and Richard Louis Arends. He graduated high school, and on May 12, 1954, he married LuEtta Jayne Osborne in Bayard, Nebraska.
Glen was a retired Master Sgt. from the U.S. Air Force and received the Air Force Longevity Service Award (AFLSA). He was a retired clerk/treasurer and city administrator. He was a member of the VFW and AARP.
Glen was preceded in death by his wife; both parents; three daughters (Debbie, Ronda, Cheryl); great-grandson Gregory; two brothers; and one brother-in-law.
He is survived by daughter Becky Jayne (Russell G.) LeMasters; sisters Betty Case and Virginia Whitaker; grandchildren Joshua (Casandra) Arends and Anthony Arends; and great-grandchildren Abigail Arends and Kooper Arends.
