Dale May died Friday, April 3, 2015, at his home in Powell. He was 64.
Dale was born in Lovell to Clifford and Mahal (Schultz) May on Dec. 27, 1950.
He was raised in Powell, where he met and married Rebecca (Revelle) May. From this marriage, they had four children.
Dale worked many years in the oil field and later as an over-the-road truck driver. He was a true animal lover, a good dealmaker and an avid collector of unique things. He had many passions, a few of them were his cars, motorcycles, trikes and anything else with a motor. Dale belonged to the brothers of the third wheel. He was a self-taught man and enjoyed working with his hands and teaching his trades to Rhonda’s children. He was always willing to lend a hand.
Dale loved his children very much and will be greatly missed.
Dale is survived by his children Julie (Rod) Werbelow, Katie (Pauli) May, Shad (Jennifer) May and Gerald “Bear” (Tara) May. He also is survived by his significant other Rhonda Muggli and her sons Dominick, Derrick and Spencer; eight grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
A celebration of Dale’s life will be held at a later date.
