Don McAdam, formerly of Powell, died on Friday, March 27, 2015, at his home in Casper.
Don was born June 15, 1931, near Cut Bank, Mont. He attended school in Cut Bank and graduated in 1949. After graduating, he went to work in the oil fields and worked in the drilling industry all his life with the exception of a two-year service in the Army.
Survivors include his wife Helen; daughters Lee Ann Getten, Barb Loyning, Carol Robinson, Laura Norfolk; son Mike McAdam; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He also is survived by brothers Scotty McAdam, Ted McAdam, Max McAdam, sister Mona Arnott and several nieces and nephews.
Don was preceded in death by his parents Robert and Maude McAdam, brothers Lloyd McAdam, Bob McAdam, Roy McAdam, Charles McAdam, sisters Mary Norton, Blanche Wadman, Glennette Duncan, Annie Blair, daughter Rose Coats, grandson Derek McAdam and wife Margaret.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 4, at the Paradise Valley Christian Church, 188 Valley Drive in Casper.
