Drivers should allow extra time if they’re traveling between Cody and Greybull on Wednesday and Thursday.
A Wyoming Department of Transportation asphalt paving crew is scheduled to do hot-mix asphalt patching work both days on U.S. Highway 14/16/20, about 10 miles east of Cody.
The paving operation consists of a paving crew, a roller operator and numerous WYDOT trucks hauling the hot asphalt.
All work is dependent upon favorable weather.
“Drivers should expect delays of up to 15 minutes,” Scott Thomas of Basin, paving foreman for WYDOT North District 5, said in a Tuesday news release. “Please obey posted speed limits during the paving operation, and obey flaggers and traffic control for safety’s sake.”
